Adding precise technical skills significantly increases search matches by top employers.
When you upload your resume (PDF/DOCX format) and set your profile visibility to 'Public', it enters our verified Talent Database. Registered employers with database credentials search by skills, machines handled, and location to view profiles and download resumes to contact you.
In your Candidate Dashboard, navigate to the 'Applications' tab. There you will see a detailed real-time timeline (Applied, Shortlisted, Interviewing, Hired/Closed) matching updates made by the employer's HR team.
To protect your privacy, candidate contact information (phone number, email address) is hidden from generic search engines and site visitors. Contact details are only unlocked for verified employers who have active, paid database sourcing plans.
