2. Your Account and Responsibilities

• Be Honest: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated. Fake profiles, misleading resumes, or impersonation of others will result in immediate termination.
• Keep it Secure: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Play Fair: Do not use our platform for any illegal activities, spamming, harassment, or to scrape data without our explicit permission.

3. Rules for Employers and Recruiters

If you are using FlaxHire to hire talent, you agree to the following additional rules:

• Legitimate Opportunities Only: All job postings must represent real, available positions. You may not post multi-level marketing schemes, pyramid schemes, or jobs that require the candidate to pay a fee to apply.
• Respect Candidate Privacy: You may only use candidate information obtained through FlaxHire for the purpose of evaluating them for the specific role they applied for. You cannot sell or share their data with outside marketing agencies.

4. Our Rights

We want to keep FlaxHire a safe and productive environment for everyone. To do so, we reserve the right to:

• Review, modify, or remove any content (including job postings or profiles) that violates these Terms or our community standards.
• Suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you are found to be violating these Terms.
• Update, modify, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The FlaxHire platform—including its design, code, branding, and original content—is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our permission. However, you retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, such as your resume or company logo. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and share it as necessary to provide our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we work hard to provide a flawless experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be perfectly error-free or uninterrupted. FlaxHire is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or missed employment opportunities resulting from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee that candidates will find a job, nor do we guarantee that employers will find the perfect hire.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as our platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will let you know by sending an email or posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of FlaxHire after those changes means you accept the updated Terms.
